If you have any questions regarding the terms below, please contact us at info@easytable.com.
1. Subscription
- easyTableBooking ApS (hereinafter referred to as ETB) is a company that offers “easyTable” to other businesses (hereinafter referred to as the Customer), which is a subscription-based system for managing online reservations.
- After the free trial period, the subscription can be extended by completing step 1, 2, and 3 in easyTable under “Settings” > “Subscription”.
- The subscription will automatically renew at the end of the current period unless it has been terminated beforehand.
- If these General Conditions are changed, the Customer will be informed on the email address specified under “Settings” > “General”.
- Prices are always as stated on www.easytable.com.
- Credit card information and payments are handled by Stripe.com.
- Invoices will be sent via email. It is the Customer’s responsibility to ensure that the email address is functional and correctly provided under “Settings” > “Subscription” > “Billing details”.
- If the Customer has a notice period for a corresponding booking system when switching to easyTable, the Customer will be exempt from paying subscription fee to ETB during this period. To take advantage of this, the Customer must immediately terminate their existing subscription if it has not already been terminated, and no later than 7 days before the end of their free trial period with ETB, they must:
- Complete step 1, 2, and 3 in easyTable under “Settings” > “Subscription”.
- Send documentation to info@easytable.com confirming their obligation to pay for the existing booking system and specifying the endning date for the binding period. ETB determines whether the documentation is valid and sufficient.
2. SMS Top-up
- Top-up of the SMS balance is done using the assigned credit card.
- Manual or automatic top-up can be performed before the balance reaches zero.
- SMS notifications will only be sent if there is sufficient SMS balance.
3. Prepayments
- ETB acts as an intermediary for redemption agreements in connection with prepayments. This entails that ETB provides a platform where the Customer can manage their prepayments and reservations, while payments are processed through the Customer’s own redemption agreement.
- A 1.6% service fee is charged on all prepayments.
- It is the Customer’s responsibility to ensure that all prepayments are correctly executed and that they have received payment from their guests before the guests redeem the payment. ETB provides tools and support to facilitate this process but cannot be held responsible for any errors or omissions in connection with the payments. Therefore, ETB does not assume responsibility for the actual execution of the payments.
4. Termination
- The subscription can be terminated at any time to the end of the current subscription period. This can be done by clicking “Unsubscribe” under “Settings” > “Subscription”.
- SMS balance is non-refundable.
5. Operation, Backup, and Disclaimer of Liability
- Daily backups of all data are made to an external server to restore bookings and other data up to the latest backup. The servers are located in a top-secured server room to ensure high operational reliability and uptime.
- ETB cannot be held financially responsible for data loss, downtime, or any other indirect loss caused by server or network failures, etc.
- ETB disclaims any liability for any errors or omissions in the execution of prepayments. It is the customer’s responsibility at all times to ensure that prepayments are correctly executed and that they have received payment from their guests before the guests redeem the payment. See also section 3.3.
- ETB cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to or use of the customer’s data.
- ETB is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from the customer’s failure to comply with applicable laws or regulations.

- ETB cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage arising from errors or omissions in third-party software or services that ETB uses in connection with the operation of easyTable.
- ETB is not responsible for indirect losses, consequential damages, loss of revenue, loss of data, or other forms of economic loss that the customer may suffer as a result of using easyTable.
- The customer is responsible for ensuring that all users of easyTable comply with the applicable terms and conditions, and ETB disclaims any liability for loss or damage arising from the user’s actions or omissions.
